Founded in 2012 by Faris MacDecs, we are a full-service design & build company based in Perinthalmanna, Kerala. With over 550 completed projects and a team of 30+ experts, we bring together modern aesthetics, timeless design, and full project control — all under one roof.

Following our appointment of professional services we will arrange a site visit for a more detailed Project Brief Meeting, including:

Concept Design
Firstly, we begin by creating a digital version of your existing floor plan, including key interior elements and spatial layout.
From there, we develop your interior design concept — focusing on layout flow, lighting, furniture placement, and theme. If you already have a vision or inspiration, we bring it to life during this stage, while also refining it based on your space and functionality needs.
Planning Submission
At this stage we prepare your approved developed design drawings for your planning application, where we use the planning portal to submit your planning application.
The application is then forwarded to the relevant planning authority and they will review all of the information that has been submitted. Once they are happy that they have received everything.
